AseinKyaw

Hi Everyone,
We all love to eat food which is delicious,nutritious and low in calories food. And one of the burmese (now Myanmar) dish is AseinKyaw or you can call it as stir fried vegetables. AseinKyaw in burmese language means half-fried. It is light,healthy and tasty. For this you'll need-:

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
- 5 cups of each type of vegetable(onion,capsicum,cauliflower,carrot & mushroom)
- spring-onion(for garnishing)
- 4 tbsp of refined oil
- 4/5 red dried chilies
- 3/4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 inch of ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp of ajinomoto

Method 
- Cut the onion into thin dice shape of 1/2 inch and the rest vegetables should be cut according to your choice.
-Heat the pan nicely and then add oil. Heat the oil till its smoking point. Then add red chilies and fry it for 5-6 secs and remove it from the pan.
- Now add pounded(2-3 times) garlic and ginger.
- Then add onions first and fry it for few seconds, Then add rest of the vegetables and saute it.
- Add soy sauce and ajinomoto and mix it well. Cook it for a couple of minutes.
- Add salt and mix it well and cook it for another 2-3 minutes and put off the flame. Pour it in a bowl.
- Garnish it with spring-onion cut into strips and fried red chilies.



Note- You can substitute mixture of lemon juice and sugar(1 tsp of lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of sugar) with ajinomoto. Also, you can add vegetables acc. to your choice.
